A response to a brief to create a four page spread in a typographic magazine exploring the history of the letter ‘H’.

The letter ‘H’ was seen through history to be typographically ‘dull’, I used this and the idea that the letters original meaning was ‘fence’.

I built a fence that shows the development chronologically of the letter H . The spread when pulled out of the magazine forms an inverted image of the letter H .
